DEAR SIR,
I am filing an incident report:
at 7Pm of April 22 (TUESDAY) as we were riding a taxi, the LTO RO XI Officer asked the taxi to stop stating that there was a violation. He said that the HOLIDAY TAXI has violated the provision of TURNING ON the LIGHT INSIDE THE TAXI. Yun pong light na maliit sa loob na kapag sinara ang pintuan ng kahit anong kotse ay automatic po na namamatay. naawa po ako sa driver, alam ko namang hindi ko kabisaado ang mga patakaran, lalo na sa MALIIT NA ILAW NA KAILANGAN PONG NAKA ILAW ALL THE TIME ( talaga po bah sir?)
Ang akin lang naman po, sana mas habulin natin yung may mga bigating violations na maaring makasira ng mga buhay ng taong bumabyahe sir.

Well, this incident report never got sent. I tried accessing the LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE website and even used their Emailbox: ltombox@lto.gov.ph, but the mail continued to reflect a failed response...Itssad,really, i didn't know such violation existed and i checked their violations page and i never saw anything similar or coming close to Manong Driver's so called violation.
